OK, so down to the nitty gritty – I have been as careful as I possibly can in putting these policies together, but if you think something’s not right, or you don’t understand what I mean, then please get in contact. I want you to have a great experience when purchasing from me, truly.
Australian customers have the choice of Paypal, or by direct debit to my bank account. Paypal is available through checkout, but if you wish to pay by Direct Debit then please contact me to arrange; and payment must be received into my bank account within 3 working days, or the item/s will be returned to stock.
Purchases are sent within 2 working days of payment being cleared. (Of course custom orders will take longer than that, but during the ordering process, you will be given a definite date for despatch).
Within Australia – All purchases are sent by ordinary Parcel Post, which includes tracking. please contact me if you which to arrange another method. The postage costs are calculated on weight by the e-cart system I use, which relies on information from Australia Post. If your actual postage is less than what has been charged by this system, you will receive a refund of the difference.
International – I do ship internationally, but it can be quite expensive as Australia is a long way from many countries in the northern hemisphere. You are welcome to contact me for an accurate quote on shipping. And please note that any duties or taxes charged by your country are payable by you.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to love your handmade item! But if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you need to contact me within 7 days of delivery, and I am more than happy to work with you to solve any problems you might have.
I completely understand if you change your mind (heck, we’re all human!) and so I will accept a return if you decide that it’s not right for you after all. If you contact me before it’s sent (remember I usually ship within 1-2 days of purchase) then I will refund the entire amount including shipping. If it has already been sent, I will accept a return only as long as it’s organised within 7 days of delivery. In this case, I will refund the full cost of the item, not including shipping (to or from), when I receive the item back, in the same, saleable condition I sent it in.
